Washtenaw Blue Junior Wolverines
Washtenaw Blue is an Ann Arbor non-profit organization founded to provide positive growth and development of our community's youth, through football and cheer. The Wolverines are part of the Kensington Valley Youth Football Conference (KVYFC). Our program is open to boys and girls, ages 8-13 for football and 5-13 for cheer. Our mission is to promote fitness, leadership, teamwork, and respect for others, all while having fun.
Team History
Ann Arbor has a long-standing Junior Football tradition going back to when John and Jim Harbaugh played here, for the Junior Packers. Today, this tradition continues with the Washtenaw Blue Junior Football and Cheer - The Jr. Wolverines. We welcome your child to be a part of our team, to share in the comradery of competition, the joy of team success, and to become a part of the Washtenaw Blue tradition.
"Junior Football In Ann Arbor Was Where It All Began For Me. Through Football, I Learned Powerful Lessons About Self-Discipline, Perseverance, And Teamwork While Playing The Game I Loved With Boys Who Became My Lifelong Friends. If You Ask Me, There Is No Better Sport For Teaching The Most Important Lessons In Life” ~Jim Harbaugh
